The Festival Dossier (Racecards menu → Festival Dossier) is the jumps season's list of horses to follow towards the two big spring festivals: the Dublin Racing Festival at Leopardstown in February and the Cheltenham Festival in March. It builds up every week of the season, from the festival feeder races only: the British and Irish jumps races whose past runnings sent 30% or more of their runners on to Dublin or Cheltenham that season. Each Monday the first three in each feeder race of the previous week (Monday to Sunday) go in. Handicaps, maidens and other races that rarely feed the festivals are left out.
What is on the page
- One line per horse: where and when it went in, why (1st, 2nd or 3rd, or on the clock) and how often its race feeds each festival, its trainer and its current RaceMetrics Rating.
- Runs since: how many times it has run since it went in and how many it won. Click a line to see every run, with its finishing position and Betfair SP.
- Dublin and Cheltenham, kept apart: whether each horse has been declared for, ran at or won at each festival. Most Irish horses go to both; only a handful go from a British weekend to Dublin.
- The scorecard at the top: how many dossier horses were declared, ran and won at each festival, and their wins against what Betfair SP expected (A/E, 1.00 is par).
- Feeder races tab: every feeder race of the season in date order, with how often its runners go on to the festivals (either, Cheltenham, Dublin), how those runners got on there in past seasons (runs, wins, places, A/E and profit or loss at Betfair SP, Cheltenham and Dublin kept apart) and, once it has been run, its first three. Click a race to see every festival winner it has produced since 2018. Filter by race type, country, festival and whether it has been run.
- Filters: by finishing place, chases / hurdles / bumpers, Great Britain or Ireland (including Northern Ireland), only the horses declared to run, and a horse or trainer search.

The full dossier is part of Proform Premium. Every other signed-in member sees the first ten horses (name, trainer, why and when it went in) and the season's scorecard.
A horse in the dossier is one to follow, not a tip.
