Proform will not run directly on a Mac but it will run by either booting into Windows on your Mac or running Windows under Parallels, which you can find details on here, www.parallels.com/products/desktop/
NOTE: Mac's with ARM processors are not compatible with Microsoft SQL Server so will not run Proform
