Proform is installed from two files on the Desktop software download page, which you can also reach from your account page. Install them in this order:
- Database server: install this first.
- Proform: then install Proform itself.
The downloads are part of a Premium subscription, so sign in first. You can be up and running within an hour of joining.
When Proform starts for the first time it asks for your email address and sends you a 6-digit code. Type the code in and Proform registers the PC for you.
Already have Proform? The same page has the upgrade, which brings your copy up to date and keeps your database.
