The RM7 weekly tipping competition closed on 19 April with 24 entries competing across the week's racing card. hyanaycha claimed top spot with a decisive margin, accumulating 164.48 points from a starting budget of 10,298.
Pelusium finished second, 53.24 points behind the winner, with a final score of 111.24 points. Lex took third place on 62.44 points, leaving a gap of 48.80 points between second and third.
The top five was completed by Hawkmoon (51.05 points) and amanstan (48.17 points), separated by just 2.88 points. VladimirPuntin rounded out the top six with 38.27 points.
The remaining placings showed sharper declines in scoring: ropey1 managed 28.93 points for seventh, followed by Mark (18.69), johnnierb (16.00), and bellis_01 (12.47 points). johnnierb's lower final score corresponded with a depleted budget of 9,734, the lowest among the top ten finishers.
The week demonstrated significant variance in tipping performance, with hyanaycha's first-place margin nearly matching the combined scores of third and fourth-placed entries.
